At 6:12 a.m. I froze mid-don in the Grade B cleanroom airlock, doing the itchy-nose statue while QA watched through the window like it was a compliance pageant. Between Annex 1, SOP-GLN-104, and our third glove pinhole failure on line 3 this week, does anyone else narrate the donning steps out loud just to keep the GMP gremlins in check?
Switched to a half-size bigger outer glove on line 3 and started storing sterile glove pouches flat in the ante for a shift to de-crease them — pinhole alarms stopped. @liam_fox97 I skip the inflation and do a quick visual against the cuff seam in the mirror at 6:12 a.m.; different lot + less stretch beats the gremlins. You tracking failures by lot vs size to prove it?
