I’ve been dealing with a stubborn conveyor belt that keeps jamming up during the lunch rush. It’s an old unit from 2012, and I suspect it might be a sensor issue since it only happens when the load is heavy. I’ve had a similar issue with a conveyor from 2010. When you say it jams during peak loads, it could be a combination of the sensors and wear on the belt itself. Have you checked the tensioning system?

Cleaning the sensors can really help! Have you considered checking the belt tension as well during those heavy loads? @ethan_tay30 mentioned that could be a factor too…
