MES + BIM for prefab schedule control

We’re moving our wall panel line off spreadsheets in Q1 and I need an MES that can read Tekla/Revit data, generate barcode travelers, and feed real-time status back to our 3-week lookahead without bogging the crew… If you’ve deployed Tulip, Prodsmart, or Katana in a fabrication setting, how did it impact QC sign-offs and takt — did it reduce rework and missed dates, or just add screens to tap?

Ran Tulip with Tekla JSON; ‘barcode travelers’ via Zebra — QC sign-offs sped up, rework dropped about 20%. Caveat: enforce model naming.
