10 days feels tight for a palletizing cell if payloads change; we run a stop-time test and recalc ISO 13855 distances after final speed/payload tuning, then lock limits in the safety PLC… We also added a pre-start check for ISO 10218-2 stop categories and SSM — are you measuring stop time or relying on the OEM’s data?
