Ensuring Consistency in QA Processes

I’ve been looking into ways to enhance the consistency of our QA processes across different projects. One approach I found particularly useful is using automated testing tools like Selenium to streamline repetitive tasks while maintaining product integrity. Has anyone tried a similar technique, or have other recommendations for process improvements?

Automating with Selenium has definitely helped us maintain > product integrity, but we also found that incorporating regular manual checks gives us a better balance… Have you considered setting up peer reviews alongside your automation?
