We’re running 18 dock doors on two shifts and our current Outlook + phone tag process is blowing up OT when carriers bunch up at 9 a.m.; has anyone deployed a dock scheduling tool that ties into a WMS (we’re on Blue Yonder) and lets carriers self-book with gate check-in? Bonus if it can read ASNs on arrival and auto-stage by lane — names, costs, and any gotchas from rollout would help.
